Refund policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of online sales of digital media, I do not issue refunds for purchased digital content without very particular circumstances.

However, if you ever have any issues whatsoever with your files or anything purchased from Pocket Dimension Studios LLC, please reach out to me directly via info@pocketdimensionstudios.com and I will do all that I can to try and rectify the situation.  My goal is to provide you with fun, easy to use models for your 3D printer at home and I am always happy to assist with any issues.
